Research Subscription — License & Scope

The Mercury Research & Evidence Library provides organizations with access to whitepapers, crosswalks, and toolkits for AI governance. This document defines the scope of use and licensing terms for subscribers.
1. License Model
- License Type: Organization-wide.
- Permitted Users: All employees and contractors working on behalf of the licensed organization.
- Access Method: Documents are delivered via secure portal download in PDF/DOCX/CSV formats.
2. Subscription Options
- Annual Subscription — $2,500/year
- Access to all documents published during the subscription year.
- Renewed annually.
- Includes updates released quarterly.
- Lifetime License — $7,500 one-time
- Perpetual access to all documents published up to purchase date.
- No renewal fees.
- Does not automatically include future releases beyond purchase year.
3. Permitted Uses
Subscribers may:
- Share documents internally across their licensed organization.
- Incorporate insights into compliance reports, internal training, and board packs.
- Cite Mercury Research in internal and external communications with attribution.
4. Prohibited Uses
Subscribers may not:
- Resell or redistribute documents to third parties.
- Post full-text documents publicly online.
- Use documents as a substitute for legal or regulatory advice.
5. Attribution
When citing Mercury Research content externally, please use the following attribution format:
“Source: Mercury Security Research, [Title of Document], [Year].”
6. Delivery & Support
- Documents are delivered quarterly via Mercury’s secure client portal.
- Subscribers receive email notifications when new documents are available.
- Support inquiries can be sent to research@mercurysecurity.io.
7. Termination
Mercury may revoke access in cases of:
- Breach of license terms (e.g., redistribution, resale).
- Non-payment (for annual subscribers).
